Introduction
The Multistage Pump is a centrifugal pump that achieves high head by connecting multiple impellers in series. Its core structure includes a pump shaft, multi-stage impellers, diffusers, and pump casing. Each impeller stage pressurizes the liquid, cumulatively generating extremely high discharge pressure. The pump features a sectional or ring-section design with strong pressure-bearing capacity and excellent sealing performance. It offers high efficiency, smooth operation, and low noise/vibration. The head can be flexibly adjusted by changing the number of impeller stages. The bearing system uses forced lubrication with high-precision balancing devices to ensure rotor stability at high speeds. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring high pressure with moderate flow rates.
